I don't think Young is a lost cause, but it's a bold take. Canales should help, as should the commitment they made to their offensive line.

I'm starting to think that the Steelers traded Diontae only because they were sure they had Aiyuk lined up. Tomlin & Khan looked shattered after the draft. Why, when everything they got was what they wanted? Because they didn't get everything they planned on?
It's a thin WR room with only him, the rookie Wilson &... Quez Watkins? Anyone know why they aren't making more use out of Myles Austen? (Probably because he's no better than Van Jefferson).
It's funny because a very practical side of me thinks that the Steelers might be better off trading everything they had for future picks. One WR, one RB (not Harris), Watt, who the team did horribly without when injured & Joey Porter JR. They had no idea they were going to land Fields & _I_ have no idea they thought he was still any good. (None of the other teams seemed interested in him).
About the only good news I've heard from training camp is that Darnell Washington still runs excellent routes. so they plan on using his receiving abilities. YAY! Let's see if he can still catch after a year of not practicing.
