Hey AJ, Kung Fu Panda is a wise dude for sure! :D And lol! I really wanted to open all the windows, it was scorching but we have builders around the house, so lots of noise unfortunately. Hopefully next time it will be in the office as that is much easier and nicer.
This resonates with me my thirty year anniversary is nocking on the door and the feeling of uncertainty can be crushing to be honest I don't have a girlfriend or a child and i can't imagine what you are going through but family support really is helpful your wife is incredibly supportive and that is everything, unlike me depression sometimes kicks in I recently started doing night walks and meditating which is helpful but not enough I can be hard on myself but I'll do my best . Thanks for sharing
Keep strong and I was also alone when I turned 30 but life has a way to compensate for all the negativity eventually and when I met my girlfriend which is now my wife she changed everything and the dark times no longer seem so bad, they become life lessons. I hope things turn for the better for you soon and walks and meditation help me a ton too. Thanks a lot for watching.
