I don't think this is a good idea such decentralized become legal. It's very disgraceful of a country to do such things. . . "If all transactions are decentralized, what happens if there is an anomaly? This is a very large problem. If you want things easy then you gonna face the consequences. This is very inviting to all criminals. I don't agree with this idea.

what about blockchain technology? This is decentralized and far more secure than a centralized system. Corruption and theft is easier when power is concentrated.

@@Jonny_Noname the idea is very ironic. Let me ask you when you say the decentralized system if some of them fail who is to blame? If it is unknown then that is corruption. There's a tendency that they are going to point fingers because it's unfair. Don't be deceived and confused. They just make things easy and make a short cut. If things are easy then be careful. But talking about software or decentralized websites that offer big earning then this is another story but, actually, same as through with the government, if we don't know the owner, source or creator and no physical location then if there's something happen to that system and that is a big problem. Decentralized governance or system is a portal of corruption. Again, don't be deceived and confused. In this life, there is no short cut, you must earn it and be weird.

@@juliusgalido2319 You seem pretty confused yourself...
I have a background in ecology and systems thinking. So I use nature as a model. Which is a self evident anarchical decentralized working system which has been successful since always. The closest thing to anything centralized is the sun. If you think you can think up or program your way into recreating a complex highly evolved ecosystem which allows freedom of the individual, you are fooling yourself. There are limitations to our ability to create a perfect system. The larger the scale of the system the more difficult. I take into consideration the need for resilience and the need for autonomous units. Which defines a decentralized system.
I envision decentralization as a total decentralization. A decentralization of values and global control. Corruption happens when power is allowed to concentrate, and your right about the problem with a lack in transparency. That's necessary and so is the need to shift our focus, values, and ways of thinking. We can't just shift from a corrupt system into one free from it without changing the thinking which created the system.
Giant global top down systems are inherently inefficient, and because power concentrates quickly when applied so massively inherently corrupt.
Consider the need to homogenize culture and personal values since the 20th century. It's no accident it's for the purpose of growing the system and making everything match up. It's for the convenience of the system not the user/individual. This is what we see all over the world which ultimately crushes the soul of the individual. Slavery is not the goal of my system. People should be able to live without currency and without being plugged into the system if they should choose to. If puts less pressure on the system in the first place. The goal is not the system.

What are the conditions for effective decentralization?
