Soilwork and their usual combo of incredible music, weird/"bad" music videoes. Amazing
The only good Soilwork videos have been all the animated ones, and As We Speak. At least they don't appear in this one. At this point I'm convinced they make the bad videos on purpose.

yeah sure but the older songs are better.... We never hear the style like the old soilwork stuff again. this is to much night flight. the riffs are good yes but the riffs from their older stuff was more memorable and so his vocal style. for me this is not my thing anymore since the last album. I don't like the drumming either. Yes i know Bastian was Dirk's student but Dirk brought the better dynamics to the band. the guitars are too rock for me. If people like the new sound then that's ok.

@@-outlawchicano-5828 A lot of those reasons you've listed are both why I resisted the changes at first and why it's grown on me. I can definitely see that this direction is gonna make it much more difficult to write a memorable stand-alone anthem though.

Well they made some shy attempts before, especially on The Panic Broadcast and The Living Infinite. But I think I heard their potential to go progressive for a long time..

Music was great as usual, but for there's something about their music videos. Not saying it's bad, especially this one's 16 Mins long, but like...what am I watching? LOL
Yeah cringy music videos are pretty much soilworks trademark at this point and I am sure they are fully aware of that! And I absolutely love it.

Nah it was pretty lame honestly. In 16 minutes there's a way better story to be told , not just some hot aquatic tart strolling around the city with a chubby one taking a few naps in between
I found the obvious cosplay foam armour a tad distracting, the whole thing turned into 'mate had a few too many after comicon and fell in the lake, spends day trying to sort hangover'

Such a shitty excuse. Many bands have been made creative music videos with low budget. This band makes cringy and shitty music videos intentionally, They are fully aware of that.

So this is part of the silver lining of lockdowns, fantastic new soilwork music. What mix of the different sounds of Soilwork, man has this band aged well.

Dayyyym so many new elements yet still incredible classic soilwork vibes, I normally really dislike longer songs but this is awesome the entire time, amazing profession of one of my favourite bands of all time 🚀💜
Soilwork seems adverse to the concept of great song AND great video. It seems some people enjoy this and find it funny, but the videos don't fall into the "so bad it's funny" category for me. At least it's just the videos lacking and not the other way around. They're such a great band. I continue to hold out hope that they shock the world with an amazing video for an equally amazing song one day.

Such a progressive song. Experimenting with new vocal patterns in some sections. I get some black metal vibes in some of the riffs which is so cool. The ending has a cool jazzy vibe. Very cool track. So much better listening to this without watching the wierd clip of zena the princess warrior and her mum walking around in slow motion. Bizarre. Why does she smell a leaf on the tree?

I liked it, not lying. But I don´t know. Still not connecting with some of the slow pace parts of the last couple records. Amazing job musically and vocally tho. Still my favorite band in the universe.
