FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNTAAAAAASTIC!!!!!!!singing of Marianne Holmboe...!(and also the others...and the music itself-just great.I also got tears in my eyes of the egyptian song)
Great! Fantastic! Good singing of Marianne Holmboe--!Good wok! (thumbs up!) (hello from a Finnish girl..(living in Sweden)(I have seen this group here--they´re just fantastic!!)(sukran-tack)
Still so greattt..! (I got a lot of minus for my last comments... maybe because I wrote little bit too much personal... Anyway I still like this-- and IF ppl don´t like that I like this--it´s their problem) (SHUKRAN for this great music!!!!)
Love this...(and thank´s that there is text to the lyrics... I like the lyrics...also...suits in my mood now...)(thinking of a special person...)Sukran for this Sumer group.
I absolutely love this music. It's so mystic... I also enjoy it because I have Egyptian Arabian horses, so it's neat to hear music from the culture they came from. It's funny, one of my Arab horses is named Salamat Al Jannat. :)
CORRECTION.... song is for Moharram Fouad , not Fareed Al-Atrash, although Fareed is the "molahen". This lady did a great job, I praise the entire band. Good luck forward.
Dear Abusoona ! Any chance you may know what happened to the Sumer Group? Have they found a way forward in memory of the late mastro, Talal Ismail? The Group have a fan base and following and it would be great to know that Talal's work is still alive.
Heh...what is that minus for which I got....? I don´t care...I dedicate anyway this song to him...(only if HE don´t like it--I will take back my words..!!) (But I like this melody...as a muscilover I like music from ALL OVER the world...!)(Hello from a finnish girl living in Sweden)
I love this kind of music, but I know nothing about, I would very much appreciate if someone can recommend me authors or interpreters of this kind of music. What's the name of the first song?.
Hm well okay, I guess you probably had some sort of primitive music during the neolithic era, however Iraq (Mesopotamia) has the first recorded civilazation in history, hence it was the first cultured civilazation to have influence on any succeeding organized society. The Oud is over 5000 years old!
Who wants the original when a show like this is so joyful and entertaining ?

Oh ok, didn't notice. thx.
I love this kind of music, but I know nothing about, I would very much appreciate if someone can recommend me authors or interpreters of this kind of music.
What's the name of the first song?.
no i dont think so, beethoven and mozart were in the last couples centuries, but arabic music been for almost 1500 years and even more
Don't you think your comment is a bit arrogant? What about the great symphonies of Beethoven and Mozart?
I know that Arabs are very famous for their very beautiful poems, long before Islam, but I'm not sure about music.
Hey Sorry abusoona, but I have to make a small correction. The song is not performed by Fareed Al Atrash , but by Mo7arram Fouad.
Regards
I hear in many arabic songs the term or word "habib", could someone please tells me what this means?
Where can I download this? I'm trying to learn this melody on guitar.
ايش جنسية المغنية؟؟
