    Namaskaram anna
While going through my shambavi initiation I didn't have any great spiritual experience
I have done my sadhana daily since then ....But there have been no tears rolling down or something
What Should I do, Should I go for advance programs right now or wait more?

      Namaskaram,
Please don’t compare your experience with another person.
Please don’t postpone your advance programs, life is too short.
      Pranam

Anna, go for hatha yoga programs first. Sury kriya can make your sambhavi more deeper. Do upa yoga regularly untill you complete your Surya kriya

Namaskaram, and thank you so much for sharing! 🙏🏽 I plan to attend Samyama for the first time in 2023 at III and have been preparing for some time now. I am on liquids for 3-4 days/ week and mostly whole raw fruits the other days. 🙂 Daily sadhana becomes very intense with this diet!!
But you have said the Samyama will be held in July 2023 at III? The other two at IYC in December and February

At 7:26 u said potatoes and tomatoes are tamashik food but it's not it's neutral pranic food.

    • @HardcoreSpirituality
      @HardcoreSpirituality  Год назад +4

Sattvik, Rajasic and Tamasic can be synonymous but cannot directly be correlated as Positive, Negative and Neutral food.
Potato is a Neutral food that does not take away prana but will introduce lethargy
A food can be Positive Pranic and Rajasic also, and
A food can be Neutral and Tamasic also
I am not Ayurveda expert but you can do more research on this
      🙏

You eat potatoes, it makes you sleepy… it means it introduced lethargy in the system. Lethargy = Tamas.
