ok, I did go for your build and I have to say - AWSOME - its so easy and fast and save and everythings explodes. Only invested like 1000-1300FE and sitting at 20bio cruising super tanky through 8.1 - Cold/phys/Frozen/Channel is a weird combination which is quiet cheap!

About the mobility - wouldnt blurry steps provide a better experience? Its free MS + blur with 2s duration, with some CD its up permanently (I play Train Rehan with it).
