PSA: For anyone that has this same bow, you may find that your cam timing will be perfect at draw, but the hash marks don’t line up perfectly and are a little off at rest. The bow will still shoot perfectly as long as they stop evenly at full draw. Great video 👌🏻
This was a great videos Sean. After watching this I noticed my centerline was off a little, and took it to a bow shop to have a pro look it over. It had cam lean, and the timing was a tad off. We've got it all squared away now, it feels like a brand new bow. Without you I would have kept shooting the way it was. Thanks man, God bless you!
Finding this video well after the fact. In fact, I got to this one, because I watched the preceding (review of the Diamond Infinite Edge Pro) video. Solid tech. I'll probably watch again (and again). I very much appreciate the Scriptural reference. Praise Jesus; Amen. - subscribed.
Sean, I love your content as always, and I really think it's great that you have found a way to utilize your channel to help spread the Lord's word. Thank you again for all of the work you put into helping others with with their archery skills and with their soul. God bless!
Nice video but there's no bow shop or bow tech where i live so i would love to try to be a bow tech & learn all i can about fixing & upgrading bows. I've been watching as much videos about diamond infinite edge pro, a friend of mine gave it to me now i'm trying to learn all i can about it before i try to clean & tune or up grade it. So thanks for your videos it's a big help
think to start my new archery hobby, watched many videos that this compound bow have good value, buy-shoot-have fun. until i watch Sean's video, gosh, those tuning process and equipment are so complex for zero experience like me. not to start this hobby then. +1 Like for detail video.
@@seansoutdoors I switched the Blazers, to Vanetec Swift (2.88") and switched the rest to dropaway one,the bowhas been is (after1 hour cable tuning) pretty awesome. Thank you the advices!
I have this bow and my string is not running between the the 2 marks on the cam. They are both on the off by the same amount. They are both covering the outside mark on the cams. Does my my bow need to be adjusted or tuned?
My biggest issue is that my fletchings hit the inside cables almost every shot. I have to move the rest quite far to keep it from hitting. Any suggestions.
You don't want to move the rest to correct fletch clearance issues. You may want to consider twisting the arrow to change the angle of the fletching. If you can't get clearance with the rest then consider switching to a drop away rest because it will be out of the way by the time the fletch reaches it so you can get away with twisting the arrow to get clearance.
Hey Sean once you got the bow set up for your daughter did you happen to notice the fletchings hitting the cables ? My wife has the diamond infinite edge pro, a 25 in draw and we have the mods on 4 and cables set on the C set up. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Awesome vid.
I have an Infinite Edge Pro and had it properly tuned in September but recently I have the situation where the buss cables obscure my sight pins, why is that happening? I don't recall having that issue a few months ago, so what has changed that now aligns the buss cables with the pins making target sighting nearly impossible. Anybody have an explanation?
I’m having surgery on my one kidney, it is acting up and will have to stay laying down for a couple days, at least I can go back and watch ur videos, but I won’t be able to shoot bow or do any heavy lifting for a while so no shooting bow for me for a month! O well, have a great weekend and thank you for the videos!
Set the arrow rest so that the arrow lines up through the burger hole (hole that the rest screws into) and then make sure it is square to the string and tie the D-loop on there.
@@seansoutdoors Thank You Sean, You have truly been a blessing to me in sharing and teaching from your personal experience. God Bless You, and Thank You!
You'll get a perfect hole through the hostage rest with a bare shaft, but put vanes on that arrow and those brushes will not let that arrow fly straight.
Yesterday i bought this bow. 30",67# . I tmade bare shaft tune, 300 spine 125gr insert -125 gr head, allways nock up at impact. I turn off to 62# will better but not perfect. Tune marks, string stops is Ok. What is the problem?

How alignment the cable bar?, The Blazer vane can touch the cable.
Try rotating the nock on the arrow a little

I haven’t noticed that. I’ll look at it next time I get a chance. I’m not at home at the moment though.

I have the same issue. Did you happen to find a fix to this?
A simple fix is to rotate the arrow in the nock just a little bit so that they do not make contact with the cables

Strings and cables stretch over time

For someone who has never tied a D-loop to a bow string (like me) and is ready to try, how do I know where to tie the D-loop on the bow string?
Set the arrow rest so that the arrow lines up through the burger hole (hole that the rest screws into) and then make sure it is square to the string and tie the D-loop on there.

How do I set the draw length to the “infinity” setting for bowfishing? The manual is very vague, and I can’t figure out how to do it
It will typically be a separate draw mod. You'll need to take current ones off and put the other on in most cases.
I went with the Hoyt Katera
Enjoy it
how to tune a triax!?
Same as the traverse ruclips.net/video/_LDuV4XmksM/видео.html

It depends on if your getting proper clearance

Have you.moved the nock point or arrow rest to compensate?
@@seansoutdoors
Yes, but only the rest i moved, nock point don t.
For some reason, I thought you had to use a broad head for paper tunings.
Lots of ways to tune
Mathews bows suck. I would rather own an Infinite Edge Pro over any Mathews any day, which I already do. And I still own 2 Bowtech Destroyer 350s.
