I've been doing voice overs for a few years now, but unfortunately, I don't have the space to make a home studio, as I live in an apartment with my best friend. The reverb is real. I've bought an item that'll essentially let me put my microphone into a mini-soundproofing chamber, minus the flooring and roof, but at that distance from the table, the floor doesn't matter and as for the roof, I can just put a shirt on top.

Why would you use a condenser mic instead of a dynamic mic? Seems like you'd get less noise with the dynamic.
