I wonder why she never made a career like Vanna (speaking about Croatian singers) ... arguably she's even better than Vanna because of her access to the whistle register...and with Mariah heavily influencing the 90s music scene with her unique whistle register, I'm surprised this girl didn't "make it". I haven't heard any other songs from her/no one knows about her or this song even....
When Maya hit the highest note at ESC ever, some said: oh, what a scream...why?, bla bla. When Maria Carey does the same on and on, then it is the Piece of Art. If Maya had sanged this on English, it would not be a scream then. Like that classic snob attitude from lingua-narcissistic bbc comentator we were listening for years those days...wasn't enough?
