FINALLY SOMEONE THAT LINK BALL WITH LAX, ima get u a follow for this. I’ve been playing lax for two year and ball since I’m 9 and these two sports match perfectly
Dude you are insane. I want to be a better lax player and you make that possible. With your tutorials I can become a better player and person. I cant thank you enough. Ill be supporting you from now on. Thanks
Ive been watching your videos for the past couple of days, and they are mad helpful because I'm just starting playing lacrosse and nobody is really breaking it down as well as you are. The videos were so well made that I assumed you were a huge channel, and just now when you forgot to edit out that one piece of audio, I realized I was watching a video with only 775 views. You are making great videos!!! Make sure to give them a proof watch before you post, though!!
Love these videos I’ve been playing lacrosse for 9 years and am in in ninth grade rn and have many coaches and my brothers a d1 player but I still manage to learn a lot form these videos

Jump rope, play tennis & basketball for footwork, it is always footwork, footwork, footwork. As a boxer good footwork will get you out of trouble, make your opponent miss. Play football if you must, however the injuries will occur; don't lift weights until you are 15+.
You are such a underated youtube im starting lax in 8th grade and these videos are extremely helpful. Keep up the great work!
Thanks Cole - super glad to hear you're starting. Let me know if you have any questions!

How many reps of the single leg broad jumps should be in each set
I like how the kid at 0:39 literally gets stiff armed lol
I thought box jumps helped you jump/leg workout.
They do!
I’m so nervous! Should I be nervous?! My mom wants me to do Lacrosse next year for 9th grade but I’m literally so nervous 😩
Hey, don’t be nervous. I was at first too, but when I got to my first practice, all the nerves went away. It’s a really fun game so don’t be nervous.

Lol i ran through trees from my first time 2 seconds in sprained ankle and can’t walk
Dang, sorry to hear that and hope for a speedy recovery!
Try and make it sound like you’re coaching us instead of just reading off of some notes. And make sure you watch out for retakes
Good feedback. I was trying to get this video out super quick and should have done a better job. Thank you for holding me accountable.
@@LaxWeekly Damn, amazing reply. Keep up the content man you're growing the game and growing along with it.
Hi
we call 5-10-5 "suicides" our assistant coach makes us do full field suicides when we aren't performing to his standards lmao

That’s silly weight lifting is great under 15 if you do it correctly
