    I juiced the pomegranate seeds for the first time last fall. I practically rolled over in a euphoric high. I have never tasted a juice so delicious in my life. No wonder Solomon incorporated the pomegranate as part of the temple decor as described in the Old Testament. I really just felt closer to God because He knows how healthy this particular fruit was when He created it!

    • @THEMADPROFdj
      @THEMADPROFdj Год назад

      It is also an esoteric allegory eluding to Your temple (seek within). That nexus where our solid corporal dimension intersects with the higher/unseen whole [Holy] realm. The brain. Look at a pomegranate's structure (many natural structures throughout the uni-verse[one word] use this fractal format) . Deep within your brain are structures that are physically represented in the blueprints of Solomon's Temple. The innermost of which is called The Holy of Holies. This term is still used officially today by osteopaths to describe the complex structure in the very center of the skull that houses and protects the Pineal gland [third eye]. "Let thine eye be single". The symbol of this gland is characterized in art and structure throughout the world's religions, especially so in India and Rome. It is carried on a staff by the Pope, etc. The phytochemistry of pomegranate, especially the peel, are rich in neuro-protective molecules that guard against oxidative damage. "Pineal" is also a place esoterically referenced (for those who have eyes to see) in The New Testament. God has given us every answer to this existence, but not in plain sight, lest we fail having been given all to know without seeking Truth via freewill.

    Not sure if it's related, and it will only apply to women of menopause age - only this was my experience with pomegranate. After one month of everyday heavy bleeding - I began to feel dizzy and knew that I needed help with replenishing my blood count. I'm not a fan of iron pills and prefer to heal as naturally as I can so I wanted to consume foods that naturally build up blood. By sheer coincidence the local grocery store changed out their fresh orange juice with pomegranates. I remembered that this fruit was on the list and bought my first fresh pomegranate juice ever. Well it had miraculous effects. The bleeding stopped immediately and my energy restored within days. I'm not a big fan of the taste only a huge fan of the results. So if you are a woman in need of a blood booster and you might want to consider giving this miraculous fruit a try.

We just developed a green coffee energy drink which has a large amount of pomegranate arils in addition to Green Coffee, cinnamon, green tea, concord grapes and some Tarragon. I have been drinking about 8 oz a day for 3 weeks now and I have noticed that in addition to having more energy that my brain functions are improved and my appetite has been reduced. I am not an expert like you, but I am excited to see the effects of this drink. I am guessing that the Pomegranate has a lot to do with it. Thanks Jeff Osterlund

    (6:99)
    وَالزَّيْتُونَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُشْتَبِهًا وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَابِهٍ
    And it is He who sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby the growth of all things. We produce from it greenery from which We produce grains arranged in layers. And from the palm trees - of its emerging fruit are clusters hanging low. And [We produce] gardens of grapevines and olives and pomegranates, similar yet varied. Look at [each of] its fruit when it yields and [at] its ripening. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.

    From what I understand, various raspberries, blackberries, and a few types of nuts also have Ellagic Acids in them as well. Good gut bacteria converts Ellagic Acids into Urolithin A. According to Wikipedia, yellow raspberries have the highest amounts of Ellagic Acids.

    I drink organic pomegranate juice, is this ok? Will I get benefits from drinking 4oz a day?

      He said eating the fruit is better than drinking pomegranate juice. Eating the fruit and seed provides fibre.
