I have had Maven app since my original Mavic Air 1. I have used it with my Mavic Air 2 for several years now at it has been rock solid! However, looking at the screen view with this new app, it appears to me that it now has so much stuff on the screen that you have to peer through it all to see where you are flying!
I really hope to be able to use the newer version successfully with my Mini 3 Pro but it may be a while before it is sufficient for that drone. I've always loved programming Waypoints on my devices and being able to share them with other phone devices with an easy email or other sharing options.

I’ve heard good things about the Maven app. It seems to have plenty of good features for the older and cheaper DJI drones. Thanks for your demo of the tracking features, and I look forward to seeing more of the Maven app on the channel. Thanks for sharing Shaun.

Great tutorial, I have AIR 2S and iPhone 15 and now trying Maven, I'm liking the screen information and reliability. Congratulations on the video, with PIP. Greetings from Brazil, take care, good flights, stay with God 🤗🙏🏻

Another thing i have noticed is that with a samsung A7 lite tablet (very cheap tablet) some features it cannot do due to the tablet not having a built in barometer. My galaxy S10e can get more features from it. Just an heads up.

I've had for about ten days. First flight was in a large open space to see how it performed. This time I had it track me, and not more. That gave an overview. Wind came up so I came home read the whole Co-Pilot instruction set again. Next good day I went outside and flew it. First CableCam with POI, then circle with POI. I can only praise it. It does just what the documents say it does.
One thing i found out, the phone used to see what is going on needs to have a barometer if it is to follow one with the altitude. The phone I purchased for use with the drone, does not have this. But I have a Samsung S10e, it does. It works well with that.
I now need to get back into open spaces and try some other actions like circle me while it tracks or/and follows.
Don't hesitate to buy the Co-Pilot add-on, you will not be disappointed

Hi Phil, just doing a series on the Maven app but I'm using IOS. I don't think they store it like on Litchi or DJI, I just remove the SD card from the drone and plug it into my Mac. Maybe screen save the footage next time, that's what I do. Many thanks for watching :)

I just got back from some filming with maven. With drone turned back on its in the dji app album like you see normal dji stuff. Brilliant app. Better than dji by a long way.

@@tamaica7770 if you just want Waypoints, litchi app but if want all the other options, Maven.
