Good morning, on my joystick the LEDs indicating the speed do not light up. if I press the buttons to increase or decrease it there is a difference but in any case the wheelchair is too slow. it does not report any error codes. can you help me please?

Is it new from the factory or did you buy it 2nd hand? From the factory, it should be 100% but 2nd hand, someone who used it prior could have had it programmed to be a lower speed. You may need to take it to a manufacture dealer store in your area and have them plug it up to a handheld computer and check the speed program and possibly change it if its not at 100%. Hope this helps!
