I baked them in full power in microwave for 3-4 minutes. Best banana chocolate muffins seriously. Thanks. Nd yes, that's my 20th recipe i tried of yours. Close eyed trust with your channel.

Actually he didin't use baking powder as he already used baking soda+ vineger which will create a chemical reaction which leads to the muffins puffing up. Both baking powder and baking soda work by releasing carbon dioxide gas. This gas forms bubbles in the dough, causing it to rise. While the dough is cooking, these bubbles harden as it's baked. The release of gas is caused by a chemical reaction. Baking soda is an alkaline, and when you mix in something acidic, like vinegar, it will release gas. The key here is that baking soda needs some sort of acid to activate the reaction. So it will work in recipes that include acidic ingredients like buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice, yogurt and so on. Baking powder, on the other hand, is nothing more than baking soda with some sort of acidic compound already included. Hope that helps :)

while baking a cake in the pressure cooker, I don't use salt or a stand. I just put the cake tin in the cooker and bake it for 25-30 mins without a whistle. Can I do the same for muffins? Can I use the simple paper muffin moulds or the silicon ones?
Made this today, it was delicious.Although it took 40min to bake in my convection microwave. I was scared as we used no Baking powder in the recipe. But the end result for yumm..thanks
