Tried it today. It was perfect just as your recipes are. I had no oats so I added 5 gm suji and 5 gm atta. Did not add salt since Amul butter already has salt. They are yummy... Sooooo delicious. Thankyou. P.S. I added baking powder. It works.
Hello cookingshooking, please make a recipe of ‘dilkhush’ eggless. I m following you since you started making youtube videos as a kid fond of cooking. So happy to see you and your channel grow so much. Lots of love
Thankyou for this . Tried this out it turned out to be amazing . A small suggestion for people who are new to cooking - add very less salt if youre using salted amul butter and let the cookies be thick . I did a mistake and flattened it . Space out the cookies and dont keep too many together becoz they expand . Keep this in mind and it will be amazing . Enjoy :)
Hey..i just love your recipes especially tandoori momos👍🏻, am a student, i live in a hostel and i get tasteless food here...i have an induction on which i cook most of the time for myself..so can u please make a video on easy snacks or breakfast something which i can make on induction.
Sad but true.. there are some safety issues with induction cookers, I am told... please comment! Also would it be unsafe to use the same pressure cooker for pressure cooking , after it has been heated many times without water?... Maybe using a kadhai ...an iron one... would be a safer option. I'm very interested in the way you use an alternative to an oven!
I agree to u but i think he should not cause he himself is a master chef and he will easily win it .... So he's a masterchef without going to masterchef 😂😅😂
Hello sir pls make the choco chip cookies (soft ones) as made by ' tasty' channel without eggs and with an substitute of brown sugar I love ur recipes so much they come out amazing in 1st try 👍👍👍
I wonder if the salt used in the pot is reusable and can I replace your “pot” with a regular pot with lit? And can I replace the cake mold with anything??
Yes you can usr the salt multiple times when baking in future. And for cookies you can totally skip the salt and bake it in a kadhai without salt. Just place a stand or bowl below the cookie plate
So I tried to find out on my own and I believe these are the correct measurements because they worked for me. 1. 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour/ maida 2. Slightly less than 2 TABLEspoons of oats flour (take 2 tablespoons and remove 3 pinches) 3. 1/4 cup butter 4. 13 1/2 TEAspoons ground/fine sugar 5. 1/8 TEAspoon baking SODA (NOT POWDER) 6. 1 pinch salt 7. 2 TABLEspoons of milk I also added the zest of half an orange along with 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and whisked them together nicely. Took me a lot of time to bake them in my oven. This doesn't happen with my oven generally but they weren't cooked after 30 minutes. I preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (he maybe suggested 160) then reduced the heat to 150 degrees and baked for 5 minutes, then broke the cookie dough as suggested, then at 160 for 10 minutes and another 10 minutes at 180 degrees. But they were still white in colour and cake like. So I baked them at 200 degrees C for another 15 minutes. Then they were cooked but not golden brown, so I baked them on the lower most rack with just lower rod heat on at 300 degrees for 5 minutes and then on the topmost rack with both rods on for another 5 minutes. (No fan) But they were worth it. You can use this recipe as a base for adding anything other than chocolate chips. Trustworthy recipe 👌😍 Taste was fantastic They were nice and crunchy But I felt that it was too much time and investment for 8-9 cookies. Good for gifting or when you wish to treat yourself. Edit- now after having them 2-3 of them I've realized that yes they have a buttery taste and have good ingredients but their texture is still heavy. I mean they're not light and crispy. They are a bit tough. It needs something to make the cookies lighter in texture.
Hey yaman Another great video Thankyou so much One question though - Your choco chips were homemade without any stabilizer Then why didn't they melt while baking 🤔
Thank you for the oven tip of removing the cookies halfway and crushing them I followed another video and the cookies came out burnt and hard. I checked your video later to see how you have made them and tried the crushing method and the next batches were good!
I followed the exact directions given but my cookies weren't crunchy at all. I did not bake them in a microwave but I did it on an oven. Is that a problem?
Hey yaman, First of all thanks a lot for this receipe. I am a huge fan of urs.i had tried this recipe before in cooker and turned out really well.
