A very useful review. I ride a 650 Interceptor and side luggage options are very limited due to the upswept silencers. But the Hepco and Becker C Bow frames offer a choice of side bags, that are secure and can quickly be removed.
I've ordered the frames but haven't decided on which bags to fit. These look good and are small enough to fit the Interceptor.
    Thanks for the review.

Good critical useful review. Thanks. I just fitted some to my XSR today and the newer version has addressed these issues.. mounting racks were fine and bolts went in ok and they've improved the waterproof bag with commonly used roll-top and clip style. They look great and good qaulity. Thanks for the video... I should have looked before I bought them lol (but very happy with them).
Ps... Today's date is Oct 2022

LOL on the inner bag. Nice review! I might do one with my Shad side cases and tank bag. Too much time now we're on quarantine. =)

Very good comprehensive review. Shame about the water proof bags and the straps over the pillion seat like you say need some velcro.

I ordered the cbow kit and some hepco and becker saddle bags for my ninja 400. I wonder if they will bump into anything during installation because i have a rear fender eliminator.

      Thank you.
No, you cannot fit a helmet in these bags.

You dont need the straps. It’s only a bonus for better feeling. But if you use the straps they have to fixed under the seat!!!

Would a 15" laptop fit in?

Why soft bags? And wouldnt soft bags risk vibrations and unstability especially in higher speeds?

      A couple of resons.
      1- They're lighter and smaller.
2- The MT07 has very limited mounting points, that won't bare much weight.
3- There are not many choices for luggage on the MT07.
4- They fit well with the style/lines of the bike.
5- Boxes/cases are too heavy and big.
