It was quite an eye opening experience & I learned to live without most 1st world conveniences & I got to learn to speak Spanish & immerse myself in their rich culture. Those full 2 years was the best & a huge turning point in my life. Coming back to CA was a culture shock. Put me on an island anytime! I am so grateful for that experience. My husband died and I barely left the house, made one new friend last year, a neighbor I’ve known but got to know better. He was a star athlete in high school, various health issues, and is now a paraplegic. He felt sorry for ME! I felt ashamed of myself, looking at his health challenges. He said my chair is my freedom. I get to ride to Publix, Einstein every am. I was invited to a fundraiser his friends from high school, 30 years, throw for him annually. I’m so grateful to have met him and his circle. Highlighting another’s lack or first world problem just so you can feel abundant or better than is still coming from lack.
The person with one leg or the homeless person on the street if asked, would most likely prefer to be viewed as abundant and not looked at as an example of what lack looks like. It’s presumptive to state that those who don’t have the things you want are lacking.
I think there’s better examples that can benefit others besides comparison and affirmations of lack for others. Seeing others in lack IS affirming lack for the self.
An example for the next time that you are confronted with a first world problem remember that
‘Everyone is on their own journey and this person is showing incredible strength and determination.’
Affirm that ‘I admire their resilience and strength’.

"I wasn't present in the moment" 7:47 This sentence stands out to me. Problems don't exist when you are in the present. Thank you for this. Sometimes I get caught up in the past and future that I forget how good I have it in the present. This is what Eckhart Tolle refers to as the psychological time in his book the Power of Now. The reason why you were concerned about the gym card was that your attention was in the furure, where you may forget to switch your card when picking another car to drive. This problem only exists in the future. You have your card now. It makes sense to me now.

I do UberEats deliveries and this past Sunday my car got stuck in the mud during one of my deliveries. I was about to have a panic attack and get super upset. But then I took a deep breath and told myself it could be worse - this was happening for a reason. I called a tow truck and while waiting thanked the universe for all my blessings. Within the hour I was back on the road heading back to my warm and comfy home. Gratitude allowed me to overcome the issue and not let it cause a negative impact or create a negative frequency. Instead I turned it into a positive frequency by recognizing it was a “First world problem”.
I must say I attribute this mindset to one of your videos where you spoke about waking up everyday and before having coffee wrote down three things you’re grateful for. I started doing this only two days before this incident happened and all I can say is my life has changed!
    Thank you! 🙌🏼❤️

It's like you have to shut your mind down near sleep or compteplation for God to perfom the manifestation. The manifestation can happen in beta conscious but you have to be relaxed for it to happen , if you understand what Im saying.

There were people out and the girls standing outside the little snack wagon heard it... I jump out and at first I didn't notice it so I looked at them and gave them the thumbs up 😂 I left and it wasn't later until I saw the damage and, Yep I got angry at myself... I replayed what should've happened and the more I focused on it, the lower my vibrations got, ya know like, "what if this happened to my new car, etc. Then I snapped out of it.... I'm on vacation I told myself and it was going to happen regardless what I was driving, that raised my vibration and I enjoyed the rest of the trip... The damage? It was way less than the noise that was made when I hit the pole 😂

David when i was a child I watched the movie “Polly Anna” she played the glad game. So if she got crutches for Christmas instead of the Doll she had asked for… she did the Glad game telling herself she was thankful that the crutches reminded her that she didn’t need them. So she gave gratitude. I learned a lot about the glad game growing up and yes its a huge blessing. First world problem is same mentality reminder! Thank you Thank you Thank you ❤

However, this entire month I wasn’t thinking right one bit. Listening to your sleep meditation… In my Bernie Mac OOOOH LAAAAWWWD 🥰💯🙌🏽 truly real

Couple extra things is I dig how you talk about your past and being in prison, most people would hide that. Truthfulness transparency, vulnerability while exhibiting strength. You own it completely and it’s felt.
By doing that, you give me permission to look at my past and own and it and be ok w/that as well. Wild stuff-Thx Elmer🙋🏻‍♂️

I am a merchant marine 2nd officer, every time I return home after 6-7 months at sea its like I get everything for the first time. I appreciate every little thing that I have items, home, family, friends etc. Before this job I took everything for granted and I could not understand the true value of all this things.

Btw, can you talk about NPC since you believe that we live in a simulation? And who created the simulation? 😊 thanks 🙏

Elmer, thank you so much for communicating your teachable moments. That is so helpful, as it allows me to look at those moments that I have been in low frequency and re-frame it. In fact, I had three major things occur today that I could use as examples. So, thank you for reminding us all that we have first world problems. Sending you love and gratitude! 🥰❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💫

I detached so much, i completely gave up on finding my dream woman, after looking for a decade. I accepted I would be alone forever and was content only having her in my imagination
Before I even know about the SATS, I would go to bed imagining her. Several months later, the EXACT woman of my dreams found me.
In hindsight it remids me of the ladder story. During the day I accepted that I would never climb the ladder. At night, I would climb the ladder

Man, there’s a lot of good stuff in there. I love how you take these abstract ideas of manifesting and break them down in real life situations. And I’m not much of a frequency guy (high/low) but what I heard you saying is that circumstances don’t dictate your state. It’s that we allow ourselves to identify with the state of lack versus the state of fulfillment or like in this case appreciation for what we have. I always wondered how accepting situations versus resisting them contributed to positive manifestation because it seemed counterintuitive. But I think I’m getting it now….

Exactly what I always say! Problems don't exist! It's only redirecting you or get you where you want to be! Once again things went 'funny" for me, but I left it at the end I got a new friend through all that happened! A hotel manager! She gave me her personal no and e-mail! I was floored! She invited me to come every year and choose the room I want! I had to end up in her hotel to meet her! I'm so grateful!!❤❤❤

A real problem it's not knowing how am I going to afford this week's lunch (more than one meal a day it's not an option for me right now). How do I "elevate" myself? I needed a miracle yesterday. At the very least I have a safe space to stay and for that I am grateful.
