I was taught this method in 2015. Fast forward to 2020 and I was mowing my lawn when I finally saw with my human eyes I had manifested that exercise verbatim. I honestly didn’t know what I was doing when I was being taught the exercise, I just did it and then COMPLETELY forgot about it. I had imagined something so incredibly different than what I was living then that it took me 3 years to get there and another 1.5 years to connect the idea that I had actually created that and navigated myself to it. Now that this season has ran its course and I’m ready to level up, I’m practicing this technique, paying better attention to my emotional vibrational states of being more consistently, and seeing how quickly I can move from where I am to where I want to be sustainably. Sustainability is the trickiest part for me. I get what I want all the time. It’s keeping it flowing that I haven’t mastered yet.

I think my favorite part for me in my experience of the exercise David and I are both referring to here was that everything in my life is visually identical to what I had imagined during my exercise. I had imagined thick, soft, plush grass that felt like carpet under my feet. I didn’t even realize what was happening when the EPA called me while I was traveling for the summer to get my permission to take 12-18” off my lawn and redo it because it had tested hot for lead! What?! They laid hundreds of square feet worth of fresh thick turf grass in its place and watered it for me 2x/week all summer long. None of that was my idea. I did not initiate any of that but I got it - and it didn’t cost me a single dime. And also in my visualizing exercise, there was a private plane that would come and go. Why?? I don’t even know but it felt like opulence to me, so I added it in. Turns out my neighbor is a pilot for a private charter company and he flies over my house multiple times a week to wave at his family to let them known when he’s coming home. Other identical pieces manifested from that one visualization exercise: the color of my house, the color of the shutters on my house, the porch with the front steps and the hand rail I was leaning up against in my visualization exercise. The 15+ acres of cleared pasture behind my house that are surrounded by trees and the barn in the back - IDENTICAL to what I created in my visualization exercise. And none of it has cost me a cent to be here. I get to live here for free. I didn’t go looking for this property. It was literally offered to me with the vaguest of descriptions about the house alone (that was in dire need of remodeling) and I accepted it - “site unseen”. It wasn’t until I had put in over a year’s worth of remodeling labor between extensive nomadic traveling that I was able to see with my human eyes an identical replication of what I had created with my mind’s eye years before. I’ve experienced a lot of growth and level ups in life but this particular exercise has proven to be the coolest modality I’ve implemented yet and one I go back to over and over and over again.

I remember this, also called the "telephone method" if I remember correctly. People would imagine someone ringing them on the phone to congratulate them. Same thing really. Just imagine people congratulating you whether in real life or over the phone etc. Whatever works best for you. I used to visualize my new house I bought and surprising my mum saying "come to this address, I just moved here a few weeks ago" and she's thinking oh I must be renting somewhere else and then I'm like "surprise no I own this place, I won the lotto a few weeks ago!" or something along those lines. Also when you hit the jackpot here in Australia they ususlly give you a surprise phone call to let you know you've won a huge prize so I really enjoy visualizing that phone call and screaming and crying to some stranger on the phone haha ❤ people also use this one a lot for weight loss, having others that haven't seen you in a while comment on your new physique ❤
