It is Bulimia, where you could see the “bandage” that he was pointing out, it’s actually tape holding a toothbrush (TW/ which is commonly used in Bulimia). The teeth from decay and the blackness to them which is obvious signs of acid erosion, the “bruising” on the knuckles which is called Russell’s signs (TW/ caused by the knuckles hitting the back of the teeth), and lastly the extreme binging and how she does it. It’s one thing to binge on a bucket of popcorn for several minutes all while enjoying it, but with Bulimia you don’t see “enjoyment” you see fulfillment, you eat to fill an emptiness and you do it quickly which is followed by guilt, for most Bulimics it’s not about taste but rather quantity

As someone who has several members in my family with eating disorders, this looks like an extreme version of bulimia, especially with the teeth. From what I could tell, the more attention she got=the more she "fed" into the kidnapping story, picking up "hints" from her comment section with everyone trying to discover who she is. She knows what she's doing. It's just a shame about her disorder and I hope she gets help.
Perhaps she does have that eating disorder as you've stated and isn't kidnapped but is feeding into that kidnapping topic to gain attention...

The most likely explanation I've seen is that she has bulimia. She's binging and purging, it would explain why she can eat half of Bikini Bottom in one video and still remain skinny. Throwing up often and lack of nutrition would also explain the loss of teeth.

Constantly throwing up will damage your teeth a LOT, which can cause them to fall out or chip. The chipping can also be from her eating food super fast and her teeth knocking against themselves too hard.
When you’re bulimic (or anorexic) you can bruise very easy, and will cause discoloration around the knuckles and joints. I really hope she gets the help she needs.

After some digging I'm certainly convinced this is staged in order to more views. I started by checking her channel and some of the videos all of which have over a million views. The first three videos have comments disabled and a disclaimer saying that she knows the way she eats is gross but be respectful. After the third video she let comments on and pinned a reply that was saying that they liked the content and she thanked them for being supportive. She whispers thing like "hey guy" and while it is difficult to pin down an accent it doesn't sound like a native speaker. Judging by the type of seafood eaten and they sentence flow I would guess somewhere in Asia, but that is pure speculation. After about a year of videos you start to see the conspiracies creep in about being held hostage and beaten. As Muta said if this where the case she wouldn't be allowed to edit her videos so these codes are probably faked in order to feed the conspiracies and get more views. Her last video with her teeth falling out could be staged but it could have also been a side effect of eating like that for two years. It could have either been the grand finale of the story or her teeth legit fell out and she decided it wasn't worth it anymore. Also, idk about other places in the world but most people don't know morse code. I really think that people just really want a mystery to solve and to feel like a hero for trying to save somebody. It's nice to help people but you really have to think about the reality of a situation like that. If you are mean enough to kidnap a young woman like that and beat her you're not going to make mukbang videos and just hope they get popular. The reality is that she would have more than likely been sex trafficked or forced to do porn. I personally believe she's fine and with all the attention these people are giving her videos she has no reason to tell anyone any different.
