Do you see the need for FDEs to be eliminated with this usage model? If enough devs are answering questions for each other through forums/maybe just one central Palantir support team?
There are no FDEs in the mass market channel. Enterprise is a different story as with every enterprise software company. They all sell services. Yep, organic growth of forums plus AIP has an AI help agent will be enough IMO. Ontologize already has a public form.
