ABB weren’t prog rock. They were a blues band, heavily influenced by jazz & country.

Reese Wynans who played keys for Stevie Ray Vaughan was in the Allmen Brothers Band but Greg Allman played keys and Duane didn't want 2 keys so Reese was out, but in 2020 Reese Wynans played keys for a special The Allman Brothers 50 yr celebration.
That was great.. wish we had more live video of Duane Allman .. thanks for sharing !
