Lower Seletar Reservoir & Bedok Reservoir, by far the most legal spots for reeling in PB. Elsewhere, things get a little more complicated. Upper Thomson Rd? Or that natural freshwater pond at Tampines? Yeap, I've seen people reel in PB too but don't get caught, bub... 😉
