It's 4 row Chromatic Button Accordion in C system. They make it in B as well.
Castagnari make them in 5 row version.
A Melodeon used to be 1 row diatonic Accordion in UK. Now they call all button boxes melodeons. In the US Melodeon is reed organ, pumped by pedals and looking like a small piano.
