The looming moon in this video always makes me think of Jack singing "White Moon" to Meg.
This song is gold, mixing this new eletronic elements but keeping his style with pianos and guitars filled with fuzz and distortion. Tom Muth ... A deductive and short sided comment. However, we have 2 kids, and she went outside out marriage when we were down on our luck, with a piece of crap that took advantage of our situation. This was in 2011. He is now cheating on her, the love of my life. He is betraying, not only her, but my trust with my kids, and the other three they have had since then. She tells me she is sorry she did what she did... and now that she has felt that betrayal, I can trust she would not put me through it again.

Blue well it still is very much his own thing, it's not like he suddenly just started doing pop songs or something. he has been dabbling into all sorta of genres and different directions in his solo career so far. lazaretto and blunderbus are nothing alike and he seems to have gone even further from what he usually does here. i really like that, even if it does not always work out perfectly

Also thank you for the spelling correction. I have diagnosed dyslexia so sometimes it's hard to know how to spell things right. Since you were so nice to me, I'll respond with some advice of my own. Look up the meaning of the word ingrate because I don't think it means what you think it means.
Anyone else think this might be a rock opera album? Jack White doesn't usually have story telling songwriting, but this seems along the lines of a rock opera sound, and also this with Respect Commander has similar themes. With the space thing in this video, and the spacey cover of the single (which also resembles Pink Floyd's the Wall, another rock opera) there seems to be a space story going on here. Also the album is called Boarding House Reach, which could mean that they are boarding a space craft called House Reach, meaning they could be going "home". It seems to me that the connection by love in this song could be the struggle to survive and that the world is ending, so they must get off the plane... I am really stretching this here but it all kind of links together and its been on my mind

I’ve been listening to Jack’s music since I was four when Get Behind Me Satan came out. The man never disappoints. This is honestly some of his best work.

I had a dream many many years ago that was exactly like this video clip. I dreamt that the moon was approaching the earth, so I went to the beach to wait for it and before it reach the earth it’s gravity sucked all the ocean water towards it making the sea look like an endless calm lake. At that moment I thought in my dream, this is the calm before the storm, after the moon impacts the sea a huge tsunami is going to kill us all, but then I thought to myself how beautiful the scenery looked, and that this was a very calming last moment. This dream was so real that I never forgot it, and now this video clip came out and the similarity is just wow. Sorry, I felt the need of sharing this.

Interesting that the moon plays a secondary character in this video. We are connected by love, we all share the same hopes and dreams. If you were on the moon looking down on Earth, you would see that we are all equally on this planet sharing the same experience. I wish more people understood this. Maybe we would be in a better place cosmically if the world came together and shared the same ideals and viewpoint.
