Yea i mean if you eat at papa John's every day sure then your view on pizza in the states will be bad and rightfully so. However, most actual pizza joints that focus on quality like this are similar in results in the states. It's all relative, It's a poor attempt to bash the quality of the states as a whole while using only 1 person from another country as a comparison and no other statistics to back your claims though, especially when we're talking about food that derived from neither US or Korea.

As a neapolitan guy, I would say that that's the best pizza I've seen on this Channel. I mean, It is soft, it has a very nice crust, and ingredients like Mutti sauce (one of the most used ones here in Italy), basil and oil must be good. I would eat this right now.

From the point of view of a neapolitan: that's a very good pizza right there, at least by the looks of it. I can see his equipment is top notch just by looking at the stone and the Mutti tomato sauce he's using is the best for pizza here in Italy. By jacking the temp up to 450' celsius the results would be even better though; It means less time inside the oven so the dough cooks without the topping getting too "baked" and dry.

I just wanted to tell you one thing (which, probably, it's only a waste of time...): yeast is a unicellular fungus and does not get along with salt, which slows down the leavening process. Here, in Italy, we generally put the yeast first and the salt last, towards the end of the dough, to make them come into direct contact as little as possible. Furthermore, the salt closes the gluten mesh making the dough absorb less water, another reason to put it towards the end of the process (otherwise the pizza will remain a bit indigestible ...) Being a pizza made by a Korean guy in Korea, is good. It seems like a typical neapolitan pizza. The only problem is fresh mozzarella, but I know it's hard to find it outside Italy and it costs a lot. Better than many other pizzas around the world lol Thumbs up for you. 👍🏻
