Jeez. The weather up there is super challenging! We are starting to get the haze here but it’s nothing like what you are experiencing. This week is bonkers. Sold the house last night and my son gets married this week. No time to film so there will be a break but back at it when I can. Have a fabulous day!

I just started my journey in jewelry making and I feel so blessed to have found you this beautiful sunny morning! You're so REAL! Your laughter warms my heart. I look forward to learning from you. You do make it look so easy. My question for you is this, How do you keep from getting overwhelmed at your work station? Being new, I have my tools, my bead boxes, my findings, my jewelry board, my bead spinner, and on and on. Plus my tablet for watching tutorials and I am so excited and so OVERWHELMED that I don't know where to start and what to make. Any advice? I really will appreciate it.

I try to keep my work area tidied up after every project and have a bit of a sense of order. That does seem to help me feel less overwhelmed by it all. Try a couple of things and see what brings you some peace. Make sure to have fun along the way!

I love your designs. My wrist is so scrawny I'll move the charm up toward the middle and...perfection. I love the hook and eye clasp bc I can easily put the hook through the hole one handed. I have a few designs [not Kellie's] I have to use a paperclip or tape the end of the bracelet to my wrist to hook and unhook them.

Thanks Melonee! Yes. It’s been a bit crazy. We bought and sold in 2 weeks. The market here is insane so it’s very stressful. My son is also getting married this week so that has added to the “to do list”. It’s all good but no time to film for next week. I’m glad I was able to throw this together and have it so well received. ❤️

For sure. You can always alter things when you make them. It would look cute with a button instead of the clasp and then you could add 2mm leather for the closure like I’ve done before.

How do you get a jump ring to stay close when adding charms? Mine keeps falling off...
I could sub in an aqua blue perhaps.
I always use the heaviest and smallest jump ring I can. That makes all the difference

After my mom passed away I stopped making jewelry for about 10 years. And one day I saw one of your videos and fell in love with your techniques, color pallette, choice of material, barrel knots and wrists (us big-wristed gals gotta stick together).
