- "Palagi" hitmaker TJ Monterde, who is now among the country's most streamed artists, once nearly quit music after failed attempts to achieve a breakthrough.
Sitting down with ABS-CBN News' MJ Felipe on Monday (October 14), Monterde and his wife KZ Tandingan opened up about their journey as a couple who are both in the music industry, and their shared milestone of being soundtrack artists for the highly ancitipated film "Hello, Love, Again."

una ko napakinggan yang song na "Palagi", nung kinanta ni TJ Kay Kz nung sinurprise nya si Kz nung anniversary nila kung kelan sila ngkakilala. yung kunwari may gig si Kz Pero wala nmn talaga. then, ng-gitara si TJ at yung "Palagi" ang kinakanta nya. Parang that time, di pa Yun nare-release. Pero I already like the song and sinerch ko pa Yung sa Google just to know the title. Pero that time, walang kahit ano. Yun pala sinulat or sinusulat dahil kulang pa sa lyrics, or di pa talaga nya nare-release. Pero sobra ganda na nung lyrics and that song is his song for KZ, because Kz is his PALAGI. ❤
