      Anxiety mein ghabrahat hotee hai. Overthinking hote hai. Heart beat tez yane palpation hotee hai. Concentration nahin kar pate hai aur kaam.

      Body stiff rehti thi...
      Abhi 2 saal se yoga bhi karta hu...aur pranayam etc....
      Abhi bahut hi focus rehta hai, flexible rehti hai body

      @@sumitsrivastava9997 I do pranayam in the morning, Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, bhastrika,Brahmari 10 mins each and then.some yogic exercises like bhujangasan, matsyasan, halasan, padmasan and shavasan at the end...
      Gym k pehle dand lagata hu
      Aur gym karta hu shaam ko...
      Sote samay Udgeet aur Brahmari pranayam...
