Thank you Schnell for this reaction. My kids are grown, so I hadn't seen the movie and didn't know the original version of it. So I listened to it before I listened to Angelina's version. She does it again by sprinkling Angel dust on a song and creating another masterclass performance. The difference between the two is astounding, one powerful and belting, one light and airy. Her version just wraps you in warm emotional blanket of auditory perfection. It just flows so effortlessly from her that I catch myself shaking my head in wonderment watching her performance.

I really don't like it when people come on to request that you react to another artist, but don't even comment on your reaction to this performance. As always, I love your reaction to Angelina. This performance didn't grab me at first, but now I truly love it. Very different than the original. She kept it soft and understated, and used that wonderful whisper-voice to perfection. She's doing a lot of tictok now, which is not my thing. But I understand that exposure to that cohort of important, and I applaud her for that. I'm always excited when she drops another video. In her usual "jazz" fashion, she cuts off words and sometimes muddles them. And she covered up her mouth during the first half of the song, making it more difficult to understand what she is singing. I downloaded the lyrics and followed her performance while reading the lyrics. Now I know the lyrics without reading them, and I completely understand what she is singing. It did help me appreciate the meaning of the song. That aside, her performance is Stellar, as usual. And it continues to grow on me.
