Excellent video. Someday, drive around Nahant and analyze the housing market there bc it’s an outlier. No traffic lights, golf course on ocean, fabulous doggie beach that faces the Boston skyline, and some diversity. Could be more… many doctors and airline people live there bc it’s a quick drive to Boston…25 minutes with no traffic. Northeastern marine biology lab is there. Go.

It's strange how people talk about all the profits, they've been making through trading of bitcoin, while am here not making any profit at all. Please can Someone put me through on the right path.
Yes. Brookline, MA is Boston's best suburb after all and I knew it for that long. It has good schools, good houses, good jobs and it's also JFK's birthplace and the home of the Kennedies. Don't forget that some of JFK's siblings were born there too.
I goto Brookline alot because I am a medical cannabis patient and NETA is in the old Brookline Bank Building. From Google Description:NETA occupies the Brookline Bank building, a classic revival style building constructed in 1922 in by local architect F. Joseph Untersee, according to the Brookline Historical Society. The building was used by Brookline Bancorp, owner of Brookline Bank, until recent years. NETA has not changed anything about the building....lots of awesome woodwork...the old bank vault is their secure storage...out classing what the MA CCC requires for storage The people and police are really chill ...you goto a store and are .50 cent short...they just say "pay it forward bro"(my personal experience at a local gas station
Cambridge, MA may look like a suburb in area, but it's actually a *satellite city* and is one of two county seats of Middlesex County, MA while the other is Lowell, MA. We all know that Cambridge, MA is also home of Harvard University and that univerisity is very expensive, right?
I have lived in Belmont for six years and it is a nice place overall. There are two commuter rail stations as well as two town centers -- one that is Belnt center and the other is just the places along Trapelo Rd--one of the major roads through the area connecting to Waltham and Cambridge. The area I live in (I rent) has many multi-family dwellings but still is very family oriented--no wild and drunk college students running around (though there are many colleges within a few miles including two in Waltham and of course Harvard, MIT, and Lesley in Cambridge).
@Andrew Junas can you suggest me a place with balance in rent and distance ?? Also since I am a foreigner.. I would like to stay in some safe place.. for example I heard Medford has some safety issues...
Burlington is right off Route 95 and 128 where it joins up with Route 3 (that heads north towards Nashua, NH). You are pretty close to many of the towns on the list --Lexington is a few towns over as is Belmont and Arlington. It seems there are a lot of businesses in Burlington not to mention tons of shopping including the Burlington Mall.
Kind of sucked given obvious bias absence of true north shore and south shore towns. Pretty sure the towns he mentioned correlate to the areas he sells
lived in alot of these places . high taxes . high crime . traffic sucks .no parking . Arrogant snobbish people. Yeah you'll love it there .. mugged on train . robbed on bike path.
What's with the picture of the guy holding up a severed head with a dismembered body on the ground??? Do I want to do business with THAT guy? Oh, hell NO!!!
Great info ... thank you!!
