nico is so good, but as someone working over his samples every week i can tell you, it's kinda hard to lay drums over them !! for a simple reason, they sound amazing by themselves, kinda like it doesn't need anything else than a vocal to flow over, interlude vibes all the way

Id say play around with light distortion & saturation, cut out lots of the highs and just make sure to use sounds that match the old analog vibe. Omnisphere and analog lab are great for that

Puedes hacerlo mediante plugins que emulan el sonido de las cintas (Tape) Algunos ejemplos serian el RC-20, Sketch Cassette, Tape Mello-Fi, Vulf Compressor, Cassette, etc, etc. Realmente hay muchas opciones de plugins que hacen que tu sonido suene "sucio" de una buena manera!
Just experiment a bit! Try out different chops of your sample, reverse some parts, play with the tempo… sometimes you don’t even have to make it faster. And if all of that doesn’t work, maybe try singing in something else 🤞🏼
