Got a few ridgerocks myself. Great crawlers all around. Duratrax deep woods tires would significantly increase performance in this terrain, the tires are absolute giants, coming in at almost 6 inches tall and a nice soft grippy compound. (But not competition legal) ✊
@@davidrcbasher4412 water is out of the question for the TRX4 as well. Spare parts are expensive and hard yo find in my country. I want my crawlers to last as long as possible!

@@davidrcbasher4412 but you said yours did come waterproof. Do you mean it came waterproof out of the box? That is why I think there is a waterproof version of the Danchee, or maybe I am not correctly understanding what you mean.
The Everest gen 7 now has metal internal trans gears with stainless driveshafts (no worries of rust) with Metal diff lockers. I don't run the Hexfly packs.
@@davidrcbasher4412 well ive sprayed mine off with the water hose thinking it was waterproof with no issues ! Later read reviews saying its not waterproof. I did upgrade the servos to waterproof so maybe itll be good ! Thanks

The ridge rocks are a good buy its my first rc crawler very pleased.. took it to a park today with man made hills and all performs well.

Yes front steering, 4 wheel steering, rear wheel, and crab crawl.
Tep I took it to a rc shop with I indoor course and it dominated
That's a cool creek. Maybe if you'd go ask to walk it with your rigs they'd say no problem.
I know the owner myself. That’s how I got up in there. It’s just not open to the public.

I dont recommend water with the Danchee. However mine did come waterproof.

We drove ours in water, at our own risk. Ours done fine in the creek, and we did have it submerged at one point.
