This is great machine.Years ago my boss he print 4 process job in perfect register.Then he had final pass with a spot colour.He not properly set the level of anti-set off spray so job did not get enough spray powder and guess what,180,000 sheets all stuck together.He get sacked and I take over as new boss.
@@60drucker This is good but for my old boss, it was not good as I said, he stuck together 180,000 sheets due to not topping up the spray powder bulb, which worked fine.
@@60drucker It definitely was lack of spray powder and why did I not notice...because I was working a Heidelberg platen at the other end of the sweat shop and had my own problems to solve my friend.
@@Bassmanfallon understood Sometimes there can be such bad things. sm 52-2 is now used for multicolor printing but i still haven't reached and the future of the printing industry does not look good unfortunately

I printed 48 + cover magazines, I adjusted the weko powder apparatus very well, it was just fine.
