I had a 43 year career in sheetfed. AND PLENTY OF OVERTIME would add to that. Ran Millers (early on) then Heidelburg 4C- 6C SM 74s. Could be damn frustrating at times, but I loved it. A great rewarding career. High paying too. Quite crazy the lack of safety back then.
Nice! I remember that same press of the keys on a CP tronic 1991 6+L! It's always great to see the ladies in the print industry and running presses! Love this industry. :)
Hii I'm very excited work for printing press please give me her Instagram account or Facebook I'd link I'm very interested work for foreign countries love from india
If I'm not mistaken, this sequence is used to reduce the stickiness of paint to avoid migration of previous colors. We use "B - C - M - Y", by optical density of color.
Yes, from evil Russia :) The temperature in the workshop is maintained at 23-25 degrees Celsius (70-77 Fahrenheit). Steam heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.
@Quadratte cheers brother nothing wrong with Russia 🇷🇺 a country I want to visit one day 😀 makes sense to me cooler climate different inks and I understand certain inks trap better. Here in Australia we tend to run cmyk. Iv been running a printmaster 74 for years and just curious you know
Do you mean the sheet or computor console, the hand held device is a densitometer, measures ink density, you balance out the ink along the sheet reading the color bars along the back edge of the sheet, you will do this for every color and keep checking it during the run,the console is a key pad,all color adjustment will be made from there as well as small positional movements
So nice to see, I had guys running a 72-6p and they loved it, a wonderful machine...

Es una buena máquina... excepto el precio de los repuestos. Yo las he reparado y ya son muy antiguas.

Some people use this scheme out of habit, since they have worked for many years on 2C machines.

Yes, from evil Russia :)

Colour sequence on the units is odd.
Also, that load marker for makeready should be folded to drop out, if forgotten.
What is the role of that device she's taped on it?
Verify qualité of printing , color and position of ink layer
