In metal ranks, reaper is for sure an S, with the lack of mechanics to punish his agro. If you learn the basics of playing off angles and popping in and out of cover he’s instant plat or at least gold. I do understand this vid is more about diamond and above though.
Reaper main here I promise you he is not S he is A at most for starters his blossom is a joke. And when a tank chases you unless it’s roadhog your so getting smoked, if you wanna get best out of Reeba I’d play with your team, his tp is okay now but really you should only be using it to set up a flank. And only flank like one support or a dps anymore you can get value but it’s basically suicide and when you’ve used wraith if your still getting chased your dead

I do agree that bastion is complete garbage to play as, simply because his hitbox is the size of most tanks. Due to this, it is very easy to die as bastion. If I were to change something about bastion, I substitute 25 health for armour, so that you don't die as easily. Maybe also increase the damage of Recon, but he already deals the most amount of damage of any hero, so I don't think he needs more damage.
So true, reaper kills him so fast as all of his bullets hit all of the time so some extra armour could help at least stopping him getting lifesteal and making a bit easier to win
Ever since the beginning of this season, I've seen more Widowmaker players (mostly because of her mythic skin), and she definitely needs a nerf. I wouldn't change her falloff range (maybe the smg falloff, because 20-40 metres is too long for a short range weapon, 15-30 metres sounds more reasonable), but rather her scoped damage and I want I to be reduced from 12 to 10 (initial damage before charging). Her critical damage multiplier is still 2.5, however her maximum damage is now only 250, so that she is in line with the other heroes that can 1-shot, and I believe that 250 is the maximum amount of damage that a weapon can do. I hate Widowmaker's 1-shot, however because it's so essential to her kit I'm not removing it, but rather reducing the damage so that you can no longer 1-shot heroes with 275 or 300 health.

Widow will always be a feast or famine character, regardless of the meta. As long she retains her one shot, she will always be oppressive granted whoever is playing her lands their heads hots. But the moment someone who is hot garbage plays her, she becomes the most useless hero. Feast or famine, regardless of the meta
They can fix sombra by making her stealth 6 seconds and her blink 5 seconds cuz then she has the room too still be stealthy if she doesn't see an opening

If a Widow is shooting at someone, he can't shoot at her back, and all she's risking is missing and losing an auto-replenish bullet.
