      Maybe it's adding unnessary load to the knees?

    Hurts my right hip for some reason

      @keepitthesame8413 lying hamstring curl is fine for my hip , or try having the seat abit forward on seated hamstring curl and lean forward a bit , takes the pressure off the hip , try reducing the weight too and really go slow and feel the burn on the hamstrings
