      This is absolute gold
      The Blues becomes Jazz
      Sad then happy.
God collects your tears and keeps them in a bottle with your name on it.
He also says that your mourning will turn into joy and gladness
Some day, He will wipe away all your tears.
Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
We may suffer now and times may get really dark but salvation is a free gift to all who repent and follow Jesus. That is God's promise.
First the blues then the joy and the call and response as if the the Good News is shared and passed along down the line.
That is my takeaway from this very song.
      An absolute masterpiece.

      😊

BB was actually more influenced by jazz musicians than blues musicians

The latter part of the song is phenomenal. He made a 2 minute solo interesting by playing just a few notes from what I can pick up. His tone is so clean you can feel every nuance of his string picking.
