- Here is a busy summertime edition of what we eat in a day. We're on the go a lot, but still prioritize healthy meals at home, because let's be honest...eating out as a family of seven is ridiculously expensive! Here's what today's meals were.

What a wonderful full day of food I love having snack boxes made up for when I’m out and about makes it easier to enjoy spending money on an iced tea compared to how costly it can be to enjoy a meal out. The bacon you made looks beautiful! I love to cook bacon in the oven been a lot less messy for me when I’ve made it.
Indeed. The chef always has to try the fruits of her labor. 🥓🥓
I’m bacon in the oven all the way. I have this baking sheet I bought from Ollie’s a couple yrs ago. It has a rack that fits in the tray so I put the bacon on that. I cook in my oven at like 400 for about 15-20 minutes.
I cook bacon on our George Foreman grill because having a lid on it contains the grease.
Thank you for the vlog today
I like making bacon in the oven. 400 degrees 8 minutes flip 8 minutes flip and then I keep an eye on it until it’s done.
Someday I’ll try it again 😅
Hi Julie! Here where we live we use to do our own mayonaise is very easy just put anbegg with littke lemon juice and salt and while putting olive oil mixt it with the turmix.also if hou loke you can add a garlic here we name it Ali Oli.its delicious.let me know if you try it
I cook my bacon on the stovetop. We like our bacon very crispy! ❤
Yumm!!
I love your content, always so much fun ❤.. I do turkey bacon and always have done it on the stove top
Thank you!!
Omg 😱 that bacon 🥓 looks great. I have done the bacon in the oven and on the stove. It just depends on my mode lol. Yesterday I made some in the oven and it came out a little to crisp more like burnt 😂.
❤
It has been a while since I ate bacon, not worth paying the high price. But when I do it all depends on my mood, sometimes oven, sometimes pan fry. Just curious, is sour dough bread the only type of bread you eat, no sandwich bread? I just find homemade bread of any kind doesn't toast very well.
@@donnanorman340 It is SO expensive. I love when my grocery store has it with about one more day left on it before going out of date and I get it for half price.
Well...this is fun...I am first to like and comment!
I can see how some kids wouldn’t like string cheese.. many of the brands have a very plasticy texture.
Oven is the only way l have done bacon for years!
I hate cooking bacon so when I cook it it’s always in the oven
I know what you mean, it’s so messy!
Drink outta copper cups ❤
Making bacon in the oven has been around for decades, certainly not a trend.
