I know it wasn't in the book, but Ginny running through the fire to help Harry, that scene was so powerful. She didn't blink, Harry needed her and she was there. I think that scene was needed because until that moment, many saw her as a fangirl. Well a fake love wouldn't cross fire just for the fun of it

Hermione Granger has given Harry moral support, excellent advice, and loyalty...She's logical, book smart, and clever.yes ginny is also smart but in different ways for example quidditch. in harry potter and the order of the phoenix she replaces harry as a sekker but it is proven that shes not as good as him because they don't win at the end and even harry thinks he could have done better than her “he was quite impressed by ginny's performance but he felt that if he had been playing he could have caught the snitch sooner….”thought harry .on the other hand Hermione may not be good at quidditch but she was getting top grades in her class.she taught us that even book lovers and nerds can be awesome characters brave beautiful and smart.Hermione (and Luna) are well written, and Ginny is not.one second she was a shy little girl who was possessed by tom riddle next second she turns into this brave op teenager.Take ginny out of the story and nothing much changes. But take out Hermione and the story collapses entirely.ron even says they would not last two days without hermione because hermione was so smart they wouldn't even survive without her.how is it that every time ginny does something great harry isn't there .oh so she became such a good seeker? well to bad harrys in detention. while we watch hermione saving the day over and over again ginny's awesomeness is not a fact.when harry is about to do something that's not always the right thing to do hermione tries to make sene and talk him out of it but ginny doesn't care and insults hermione of trying to make sence shes dumb and harry could have got erasted if it worent for hermione granger . jk rowlling said that many people who read harry potter are just average people with a few friend but the fact that ginny was a popular girl who wanted something and got it or that she married harry potter make people look at her as a mean girl wich is something that i agree with
and there you have the reasons why Ginny is so unlikeable in comparison to Hermione who always does everything she can to keep Harry alive.
