Just a couple of years back, I was working 14-hour shifts as a waiter, and I would watch different Finance videos like this non-stop. They gave me confidence and hope that making money was actually possible. Now I’ve built a six-figure portfolio and partnered with different foundations aimed at helping the deaf community. Honestly, videos like these were a major reason I’m here today.
How'd you build your portfolio like this? It's been 11 months and I'm barely up 2%. 😭 I need your help and tips...I admit I spend extravagantly though I have created myself a spreadsheet for my finances.
To be honest, I am not good myself, so I can't help with tips. I work with Jonathan Ezekiel Blitz. He's a licensed professional and from a credible firm. You could also look him up and consider working with him if you're interested.
Get a high income skill that pays according to your skills not per hour. Cut your expenses and live below your means. Save and invest most of your money. Shoot for saving 20-50% of your income if possible. But if you can only do 10% then do that. Grow your knowledge so that you can do better in personal finance and investing also diversify your income which is why i use a FA who handles my portfolio. Let time work for you. Start as early as possible, i made my first million last year, every year makes a huge difference..

Specifically: Real Estate Exam: I will dedicate consistent effort to studying and explore more affordable study options. Master's in Architecture: I will research and implement a more cost-effective study plan. General Contractor License: I will continue researching the requirements and process for obtaining licenses in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Job Search: I will maintain a consistent job search routine, applying regularly and persevering through rejections. Piano Practice: I will prioritize regular piano practice and continue sharing videos online. I understand that achieving these goals will take time and consistent effort, but I am committed to the process. I will remain patient and persistent, knowing that progress is being made even if it's not immediately visible.
To answer the last question. I will breakup with my partner, she's a rookie mistake. I was so naive back then and now for the last 7 years I'm just suffering emotionally and financially with her.
I'm currently 25 years of age already and I plan to go back for my BSC by September this year but most family members said I'm too old I should do something else instead But I don't mind being the oldest in the class or school I want to be educated

By this point, I pretty much doubt I will have any success. How do people get anywhere? I have been trying focus on my schedules that I plan the night before, waking up early, having goals, vision and a strong why for the past 6 years and after all that insane effort got 7 subscribers on my newsletter and 6 on my RUclips channel, tried many things and felt exhausted trying software seeing if I could start a business or something. I do mostly implement things almost everyday though I usually end up with a bad headache and sleep the rest of the day. Though I guess it is a mission to solve this intense procrastination and inability to do certain things consistently, I can think up complex scientific things but find it difficult to start simple habits. Sooo, yeah, getting back to the drawing board and see what I am doing wrong.
I had my daughter at 20 and glad I did. She a really great child. No I'm not married I'm single with no man wasting my time. I am enjoying my life and traveling.
