Less chance of heart problem in your case..mostly the symptoms might be related to musculr pain..take neural vitamin and duloxetine for pain or pregabalin combination with some pain killers if pain is Excessive..meet Orthopedician or physiotherapist if pain worsens

His tropanin i test was indicated as Negative in the blood test.
Further, His pressure count was 160/230 at the hospital. Does that mean he was very fortunately rescued from a possible heart attack at that time? (I know he may have a heart attack in future)

Hi Doctor, my mom's troponin I values came 84 pg/ml and after 2 hours 92 pg/ml. She has no chest pain. Only heavy abdomen bloating, feeling full, gas, loss of appetite. She has high BP and she do takes BP medicines. Does that mean its a heart attack or any cardiac damage?
It's mild positive... It's possible due to heart attack. Unless there is reason for false positive.
