Joe has got PERFECT form... Even when he's going slow and just demonstrating rotation, he still has perfect form.

I've always thrown the overhand while stepping with the left foot a little to the left and leaning over to the left so the overhand is almost like a hook thrown with torso closer to parallel. I've never seen anyone throw an overhand straight while standing up straight. This "overhand" all the power is coming from the same place (pushing rather than pulling) a straight punch is coming from.
Also, the guy on the left is moving to the right by crossing his front (left) foot to the right rather than opening his stance with the right foot to the right and then closing it with the left. 50% of the time while moving to the right he is out of position to punch or defend himself.
    Love the channel.

Should I train muay thai or dutch kickboxing. I like that dutch kickboxing has more combos and footwork than muay thai

The overhand gets loopier as taller than yourself of an opponent you throw it at. You still dont need to launch it from way outside your center line, like beginning it with a circle, but the more you reach upwards, the more your elbow wings away from your torso.. Same if you dont punch upwards, but you dive down with your head while punching - mma style.. also when you don't throw over an extendet jab, but over/around some close guard, it needs more loop at the end of the punch (but looping right at the launch is still waisted motion in any case, like I said)
