Hie..need some clarification..ifthe co2 systen is switch off frm main source and emegency will it still be operstional..coz if testing the delay timer do we still need electrical power for it?

The nos. Of Co2 bottle is not mentioned in Marpol nowhere , instead it is decided as per IMO and u will get it in Solas chapter 11-2. Nos. Of bottles are decided on the basis of ship specification, like how much area to be covered and other things. YOUR EXPLANATION IS GOOD BUT Kindly don't give false information
Hello Amit!!! What I mean to say is that number of bottle specification is decided by the guidelines provided by the higher regulations body. You are correct. In my presentation I have no where mentioned Marpol. Thank you for raising the issue.
