Appreciate your channel. As someone who has always trained for strength in that dogmatic approach that we get indoctrinated with during High School I've found myself having to unlearn a lot of habits and biases in regards to training and what strength looks like. Just a few months into this journey but already seeing a big improvement in my daily quality of life.
Hi Coach, thank you for sharing your thoughts on this topic in detail. It’s easier to visualise the progressions and understand the rationale this way!
love the idea of this video would like to see more!

Absolutely. 🤝
Is there any différence from barbell vs Dumbbells when you peform stiff leg Deadlifts
Not overly but DBs tend to be easier for people to manage technical qualities.
@
Thanks, gonna try this with barbell, cause i don‘t have to pick things up. Straight to thé movement

How many sets per week? What is the recommended volume assuming intensity is fairly high ( i get DOMS)
For long duration stretches one set is often plenty. I dont usually prescribe weighted stretches much more than 2-4 sets in a 3-6 rep range.
Why straight leg deadlifts are better than jefferson curls for stretching the hamstrings?
I explained in the video. 🤝
