When I saw ethan talking and promoting the film even before it started, I knew he would do the same at the end of the movie, so I jumped past the ending and there he was trying to be a weird intellectual. I paused and checked the reviews, and shouted, yipee ki-yay mother fathers, saved myself an hour of dung-filled movie time.

Ethan Hawke's role choices are always surprising and generally always good, Gattaca, snow falls on cedars, dead poets society, training day, before sunrise, lord of war, day breakers, predestination, the magnificent seven, the only other actor I admire as much is Willem Dafoe. Maybe they should do something together like what he did with Rob Pattinson.
Except he *isn't* lighting himself on fire, which makes the line pretty ironic. lol Kind of like Travis Bickle in "Taxi Driver" preaching in his diary about healthy eating while he actually eats junk food. ;-)
Ethan Hawke is one you can say without any doubt; he chooses roles that challenge him and the viewer over popularity and hype. He is a proven professional; yet he is still acting like he's starting trying to get a foot in the door.. Both; he and Eric Bana are two A-lsters who will work on anything; provided its a genuine challenge.
This is what the world will come to, if people don't start to make a stand. If you haven't seen this movie, then you may poop yourself after watching it.
The whole movie is a constant wait for something to happen, for the story to unfold to finally understand what’s going on, connecting all the various (most of the times enigmatic and disjointed) scenes presented... it gets really unnerving towards the end, and you guessed it: when it’s about damn time of the revelation the movie instead just ends suddenly with a totally different scenario in order to convey a message... which is arguably the best part of it, wasn’t it that all that came before lead up to nothing
ahh crap they wasted the perfect movie title on this ..I always said that Binary (Zeros and ONes) Would make a good movie title. I hear the tune to "I wanna be your dog" in this trailer, I hope the ones who own the rights to that are getting their fair share.
