One thing. They don't use Gelitine, they use pectin, otherwise it wouldn't be vegetarian (Gelitine comes in Pork and Beef.)

Satwinder Satwinder I've heard in most cake recipes 1/2 a banana can substitute an egg. but as the egg is such a large part of the sponge, I wouldn't recommend it, as you'd definitely taste the banana. but you can try it out!
