Hello! How 'sweet' is the icing? I'm thinking of making this for a friend for their birthday and she doesn't like the usual sweet buttercream icing. It looks amazing to make :)
Sulty82 Hi. It is quite a sweet icing but you could always add some lemon or orange flavouring to change the flavour slightly. Hope you give it a go and your friend enjoys it!
