I'm so glad I found your video! I'm a company driver but try to learn and do as much as I can to avoid wasting manyyy hours at the shop for simple repairs that the company would prefer I did not perform.
I was wondering what you were going to do with the t40 i have never worked on one that has torx i usually find 1/2 or 9/16 and most of the junk i work on has been worked on before by someone that only uses one color wire on everything
I would like to wire in a GPS unit on my trailer. I have already installed a hidden one in my truck using the 12v wires. Is this where I access those wires on the trailer to add my GPS or is there another place to get to them? Thanks
Had trailer brake lights not working, but all markers light, turn signal and tail light working....I check fuse tractor sending signal, could it be bad rely or wires on trailer side??
Hoping to see some semblance of wire routing. Even in the tutorials it's just good luck. People install these and the ground stud pinches wires tripping causing an open circuit
Easy clay? Cant tell you how many times i hv to come in behind someone to redo these bad boys. Key word : pay attention Nothing to be scared of ? till you see smoke

Awesome! Thank you.
Why does your black jump over to brown? Is it the same process on the tractor side?
Bolt a spot mirror bracket to one of the mounting bolts . This will secure a wire or zip-tie to hold a light plug in place if be needed . 5/23/23
Do you know what they cost
What a handy little ratchet.
It is a little easier with a 3/8” - 6” long extension .

Some you can get to from the inside behind the plywood
I take multiple pictures....it's save me from headaches.

What about replacing the one on your truck? Is it the same and what precautions do you take?
Same thing
What do you do if there are multiple green wires or multiple yellow ones? The back of the j560 has two pins per color- a copper one and a silver one
This is usually if there is circuit breakers it is added protection
How much is it?
👌👍👍👍👍
Nice
I took mine out it was sealed up with rubber!!
I like the ones that have all the breakers with them! Fun, Fun!
Gerald Wayne yeah those are fun to mess with. Too much stuff jammed into a tiny hole !
