- We spent the morning in Carmel By The Sea, California and I heard that it was not uncommon to see celebrities like Clint Eastwood walking around the city. As Wifey shopped I was on the lookout for Clint Eastwood. Did I find him? Watch to find out.
I met a nice guy named Kevin from WiredIn, please check out his Facebook Page. He knows what's going on in Carmel By The Sea. www.facebook.c...
I remember when I was a teenager and saw him as Mayor of Carmel in the '80s he was very nice, even to teenagers. The things I look back now and should have appreciated more I had a button "Clint Eastwood for Mayor". Nice video, thanks.
Lmao, “that’s Clint Eastwood” at every old guy
That "oh my God that's Clint Eastwood" gag would be awesome in a movie!
When I was a LT stationed at Fort Ord in 1976, we went over to the Carmel to see if we could see Clint. We knew he owned the Hogs Breath Inn so we went there for a drink (Army pay sucked then... could not afford anything else). We were sitting in the courtyard on the bench shown in your video when he wandered in. I told my wife he was there, but she refused to look thinking I was teasing. Of course, nobody said anything until he left and then the buzz was audible... and proved to my wife that Clint was actually there. She missed her chance! But... she did see his trousers.
You are lucky to have seen him. I'm not star struck very much but Clint Eastwood is CLINT EASTWOOD! I'd have been happy just to see his trousers, LOL
Hog's Breath Inn is awesome, in 98 we missed meeting him by like 10 minutes there. I absolutly love Carmel
Clint in Carmel, I got to remember this.
Clint doesn't own that Restaurant Hogs Breath Inn anymore. He did many years ago and I met him when he was Mayor.
Can you imagine being Clint Eastwood? I mean, every man wants to be him: 6'4, strong, insanely handsome, charming, intelligent, talented. And every woman wants to be with him for those same reasons. 💘
He is the ultimate alpha male.
Hi Steve, I love Carmel so much! Yes, shopping there is great. Isn't it a lovely town? I need to go back for a visit. I've been so busy working on my succulent and rock project in the front yard. Because of our CA draught we removed our thirsty lawn. P.S. I found you originally because of your rock garden video. I think you hit some great spots on your CA trip. Looks like you and wifey had a great time! Thanks for sharing your trip with me. Your friend in CA, Marilyn
Great vlog Bro, loved it. Never been to that little town but it looks great. Beach at the end was stunning!!!! (and I'm a beach snob too)
+The Lawn Care Nut Thanks Brudda, the ocean along the coast line just blew my mind.
Very creative and entertaining video, man.
Thanks very much for that.
Yes, we were there too, didn't see Clint
Lol, he's there somewhere.
I loved Hog's Breath Inn..what a memory..and that Mai Tai
as the dutiful husband walks 20 paces behind the shopping wife lol. That place looks amazing and expensive. Loved the Ocean view though
+That Hiking Guy I know my rightful place.
I used to work at the Carmel Mission Ranch in the early 70's when a guy named Skip owned it. Darn it, missed Clint by several years! However I personally met Joanne Cameron who played Isis!
I've been at his former restaurant Hogs breath inn in 1986 but i couldn't find Clint cause at that time he was the Carmel's Mayor.
you and Carmel are amazing i love you both
Thank you!
Your welcome Steve and Carmel
Clint can be found at the Mission Inn on Thursdays
Very cool.
Hi! Thanks for the info. What time do you think is more likely to see him there?
6 years later, is clint Eastwood still coming there ?
Well Done! THanKs
Thanks for that.
Awesome! Except for the crappy traffic and parking, Carmel by the Sea is perfect!
We have a little weekend place in Pacific Grove... Just north of where you're at. 50% of PG's town boundary is the Pacific Ocean... It doesn't get any better than that without being on an actual island!
+Brian Blues You know I didn't pick up that you owned a place immediately. Were you there? Man, if you were there, I'll be mad at myself for not meeting and saying hello. PG was my favorite little town in the area. We ate lunch at the Red House Cafe.
+Steve Sherron No problem. We were just there Friday & Saturday working on getting moved back in.
Yeah, the Red House is a great little restaurant. We also like Holly's a couple blocks up the street.
Had me rolling lol
Haha, awesome. Thanks.
If I had a sit down with Clint the one question I'd have for him was "Why the hell did you want to be a mayor of a lil seashore city"? By the way I'm texting this inside Coffee Roasters in Carmel city.
Clint is elusive, I hope you got a glimpse.
He wanted to get his building approved and the best way for him to do that was to become mayor. P.S. I live in Carmel.
Carmel Mission Ranch
You can tell the narrator is from the South when he pronounces Prince, Pri-ence.
They should have put finding Arnold in Carmel! Maybe a stunt double! Ha!
"The Big Sewer" ???
I'm southern.
go to mission ranch.
I don't think they ever lived there only visit!
What the? where is he? are you hallucinating?
this guy is more interested in cars go to some famous restaurants by the sea to find clint
That’s funny whoever you see you think that’s Clint Eastwood and I live here in Carmel-by-the-Sea and I live about less than 3 miles away from the Mission Ranch and I see them all the time and he keeps on calling the cops on me all the time but you know a damn that’s another story anyway yeah that’s my story and I’m sticking to it
If you do see Clint, tell him I said hello!
